Training for BSF

All candidates for the BSF must first complete basic training before moving on to operational training for work in border regions. Whether on horseback, camelback, on foot, in speedboats, or in helicopters, the BSF troops are trained to monitor the frontiers. Border Security Force has three main training institutions, five special training schools, and eleven subsidiary training centers (STCs) or basic training centers (BTCs) located all across the country to plan and carry out basic fundamental training and in-service professional training.
